- Provide Dutch-speaking customer service along the entire delivery process
- Answer calls and process pick-up orders, giving shipping information and estimates
- Track parcels and request proof of delivery
- Ensure the best possible advice with delivery inquiries
- Support customers regarding questions and concerns about shipping and payment transactions
