- German proficiency mandatory and fluent English

- Some experience in customer service, it's a plus but not mandatory 

- Are responsible and independent

- Provide high quality German-speaking inbound customer service to clients

- Solve customer inquiries and complaints, assist with shipping, delivery, return, exchange and questions about product registration 

- Solve requests/incidents related to more specific products/apps

- Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to Users
