The role

You will offer answers, information and technical assistance to customers in your native language. As a Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for customer questions and technical troubleshooting within a set period of time. 


This is your next job in Lisbon if

- You have native level Dutch and you are fluent in English (from B2)

- You are able to work for the project from Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm

- You have excellent interpersonal and communications skills

- You have the ability to assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via  phone, email, chat, social, or social messaging channels (as assigned) 


*** If you have working Experience in Technical Troubleshooting, it’s a plus!


Your day to day at work

- Provide  technical support customer service via  phone, email, chat, social, or social messaging channels
