- Your first language is Danish.

- You’re fluent in English (C1). 

- You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

- You’re a team player able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

- You’re able to handle various projects and manage your time effectively. 

Your day-to-day:

- Be the first point of contact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.

- Work alongside the Team Leader, Team Manager, and others. 

- Ensure cases are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
