- Proficiency in Swedish (SE) is required, with a minimum of C1 level in English

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to actively listen and engage with customers

- Comfortable navigating and guiding customers through the company's website. No prior technical support experience is required

- Self-sufficient, confident, adaptable, and empathetic with a pleasant and positive attitude

- Ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently and create a seamless customer experience

- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding presales and after sales issues

- Assist customers with inquiries about order status, returns, and refunds

- Address customer concerns about defective products, payment queries, and return labels

- Walk customers through the company’s website, helping them locate products and information

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
