🤩 This is your new job at Nike Portugal if

- You are proficient in German and fluent in English

- You are able to work in a shift system (40 hours a week, possibly weekends)

- You are happy to stay in sunny Lisbon for at least 12 months

📝 Your day-to-day work

- Deal with all customer inquiries regarding product advice, payment, and shipping professionally

- Provide German-speaking inbound customer assistance to clients by phone and email (before, during, and after the purchase)

- Check online and offline ordering processes

- Help with the creation and setting of user accounts

- Complaint management

- Back office activities
