This is an international brand, globally famous for its designs and products for women, men and children. Enter this fascinating world of clothing and accessories working from the innovative @22 district in Barcelona, very close to the beach. 

 

Your Profile

 

- Native level of French and fluent in English 

- You are open to develop your customer service skills 

- You are passionate and familiar with the fashion industry

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- You pay attention to small details, and you are well-organized

- You have an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive and engaging personality

- You are able to work 39 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern 

- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment

- Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs

 

Your Responsibilities

 

- Effectively solve customer issues in your native language

- Manage complaints and inquiries with a friendly and respectful tone 

- Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision

- Help clients with their online shopping and advise on their orders 

- Solve customer queries via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other channels

- Maintain knowledge of the company's services and products 

- Work on additional tasks connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction
