Customer Advisor with French in Lisbon

Your Profile

- You are fluent in French. 

- Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit 

- Customer-oriented mindset. 

- EU resident, or valid work permit.

- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus, but not required.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide support on customers banking related queries primarily  through email (e.g. card platform increases requests). 

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and  compliance to company policies/procedures. 

- Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure that  customers are supported at all times with the right insight information.
