- You have excellent communication skills in French with fluent English (B2)

- Strong focus on customer needs

- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

❤️ Your responsibilities

- Identify customers needs to diagnose and resolve problems

- Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company’s products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds 

- Use a multichannel approach to speak with customers (voice, email, social media)

- Cross and upsell additional products

- Offer support on queries regarding product availability

- Assist with click and collect orders
