Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor - Remote in Portugal

We are looking for Dutch speakers to provide high-quality customer service for a leading high-end car brand in Europe.

✅ Your Profile

- Dutch proficiency mandatory and fluent English

- Customer-oriented and a results-driven approach

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

- Passionate about the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory 

✨ Your responsibilities:

- General inquiries on car documentation ( e.g service history)

- Book appointments with a Dealerships and Recall

- Details on dealerships

- Warranty coverage

- Breakdown assistance on location (technician sent to location)

- Recovery assistance (vehicle transported to the dealership)

- Car app utilization, questions, and troubleshooting
