✨ Your profile

- Fluent in Dutch and a high level of English.

- Excellent listening and communication skills.

- Computer-savvy.

- Open to learning about customer care strategies and understanding the company's products.

- Able to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday in rotating shifts.

- Provide outstanding customer experiences.

- Resolve customer questions as quickly and efficiently as possible.

- Communicate with customers via telephone, email, live chat, messaging, social media, and in writing.

- Give advice, answer questions, and promote the brands in every interaction.
