Customer Service Support for Netflix


Your duties


              German-speaking inbound customer service of existing Netflix customers by telephone and e-mail

              Assistance in registering and using the extensive range of Netflix

              Clarification of payment, billing and free sample usage issues

              Helpful and effective help with streaming and selection of movies and series (billing issues, streaming errors, internet connectivity errors, content issues)

              Support with the Netflix app

              Clarification of system requirements in terms of computers, Internet performance, etc.

              Solve complaints and corresponding active treatment thereof;

              Professional management of customer data, as well as handling of any other customer concerns

You bring to us


              Fluent German and good English skills

              Willingness to work at least 12 months in Lisbon

              You are friendly, communicative, responsible, work solution-oriented and like to work in a team

              Willingness to work in the change-shift system (40 hours a week, possibly weekend)
