Customer Advisor – Spanish Speaker

A typical day:
You will be the first contact for the customers attending diverse requests, such as purchase orders, complaint management, and customer requests or doubts.

· YOU speak native Spanish (Castilian) and English fluently (level B2).
· YOU have a customer focused mentality and enjoy providing a warm atmosphere with every contact.
· YOU have an empathic, diplomatic and cordial stance.
· YOU have outstanding communication skills and a problem-solving mentality.
· YOU have a good time management ability.
· YOU have good computer skills.
What we offer…
· Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
· Contract: Initial 6 months contract and renewable.
· Benefits package: Performance bonus, meal allowance, transportation allowance, two extra salaries per year.
· Relocation package: Up to three months of free accommodation, help setting up tax and bank account documentation, and reimbursement of your flight ticket up to 400€.
