The role

Your mission is to perform Marketing activities and communications, always planning the expansion of the company and guiding the growth of Immfly. You will be in charge of developing the B2B marketing strategy and driving business value. This is a vital function that can provide massive support to growth opportunities. We’ll expect leadership and team management skills. 


This is your next job in Istanbul if

- You are Proficient in English (if you also speak Turkish or Spanish is a plus!)

    - You have a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Marketing

     - You hold a proven track record in Marketing and Sales roles

     - You are familiar with numbers and sales oriented

- You have +7 years of experience in Marketing 

- You are fluent in Office and you feel comfortable working with marketing tools and performance metrics

- You have +2 years of experience managing a team

- You are used to work in a multicultural atmosphere, with a relevant experience in global work environments and international teams

- You are great for high-impact roles, as you work across functions and execute cross-channel activities

- You enjoy your interpersonal skills, interacting with clients, vendors, and senior leaders to achieve brand awareness and global sales

- You have a keen interest in travel

- You are accurate on your analysis and reporting of outcomes

- You have the ability to develop, manage and implement strategy, plans and a wide range of marketing and sales techniques

Your day to day at work in Turkey

- Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding campaigns for new and existing products (internally and externally)

- Oversee and grow the business development and Marketing department, identifying revenue opportunities within their established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts

- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the Marketing team

- Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections and other financial considerations

- Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing products and oversee the implementation of the Marketing communication strategy (including campaigns, events, digital marketing, social media and PR)

- Develop an annual marketing plan to determine the company’s product, pricing, distribution and communication activities 

- Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the organisation

- Identify customer needs, develop product strategy and determine Immfly proposition to customers

- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends 

- Lead business development activities with key external parties such as distribution partners, potential clients and build strategic partnerships 

- Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals and expansion plan, review and analyse sales performance against targets, oversee the company’s profitability while gaining new customers

- Work closely with the company’s Sales team and distribution channels for preparation to RFP’s and enable them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with direction of right business cases, appropriate tools, materials and presentations

- Work closely with the product team to decide on product features and the proposition of Immfly

- Guide the day to day activities of the marketing and business development team 

- Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels

- Ensure company documentation, presentations are in the best style and updated

- Represent Immfly at trade shows, associations and meetings to promote products 

- Produce valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing corporate publications

- Plan content and manage editorial approach of inhouse communications
